Due to a lot of people asking to pick up their groceries instead of getting them delivered, we are happy to announce that we are now offering express pickup from our branches. Measures have been put in place to stay safe. You won't have to leave your vehicle!
To stop the spread of COVID-19, and avoid the hassles of instore shopping, you can order your deliveries from home, and then pick them up from us without leaving your vehicle (Drive Thru is available in Harare, Bulawayo, Mutare, Masvingo and Gweru)
- Register online at gain.co.zw
- Choose your shopping from the available goods
- Go to Check Out, select Pay by Bank Transfer, and then click on the highlighted box Place Order
- You will receive and order confirmation listing in your email inbox, with the full amount owing for your shopping
- Make payment of the amount by Ecocash, OneMoney, Transfer or ZIPIT
- Send your Proof of Payment to the whatsapp numbers provided to you on your order confirmation
- Wait for confirmation that your groceries have been packed and are ready for collection
- Collect your groceries using the Express Collection Drive Thru facility
* Please note that COVID-19 specific safety precautions will be observed during the pick up process, and that you will need to produce a copy of your ID for verification at collection.
